Welcome to Minimalist Launcher! These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Minimalist Launcher mobile application ("the App"), operated by Ankit Kumar ("we," "us," or "our").

• The App is intended for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• The App is free to download and use. Additionally, we offer in-app purchases and subscriptions for access to premium features. These subscriptions are available on a monthly and annual basis, along with a one-time purchase option for a lifetime subscription.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your device to prevent unauthorized access to your account.
• You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the App.

2. Intellectual Property

• All content and materials available on the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, and software, are the property of Ankit Kumar or its licensors and are protected by copyright laws.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

• The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
• We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from other harmful components.

4. Limitation of Liability

• In no event shall Ankit Kumar be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.
