Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using Clockery ("the App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. License

̃We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices that you own or control, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions and these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Clockery is a watch face customization app for Apple Watch. The App allows you to:

• Browse and select from a variety of watch face layouts
• Customize colors, themes, and styles
• Sync selected watch faces to your Apple Watch

Clockery provides custom watch face experiences within the App. It does not modify or replace the official Apple Watch operating system or native watch faces.

3. In-App Purchases

Clockery Pro is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase that unlocks all watch face layouts, color themes, and styles, including any future additions.

• Payment is processed by Apple through your Apple ID account
• The purchase is a one-time payment with no recurring charges
• The purchase is non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policies
• You can restore your purchase on any device signed in with the same Apple ID using the "Restore Purchases" option

4. Free and Pro Features

The App offers a selection of watch face layouts and themes for free. Additional layouts, themes, and customization options are available through the Clockery Pro purchase. We reserve the right to change which features are included in the free and Pro tiers at any time.
