Welcome to Brainwise! These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Brainwise mobile application (the “App”) and any related services we provide (“Services”). By downloading, installing, or using Brainwise, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, you may not use the App or Services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1. By downloading or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as any future updates.

1.2. If you are under 18, you must have parental permission to use Brainwise.

2. Using Brainwise Responsibly

2.1. Permitted Use. Brainwise delivers “Bytes” (bite-sized visual summaries) from books, podcasts, YouTube videos, and blog articles. You may:

• Browse curated categories and personalized feeds
• View and page through individual Byte images
• Bookmark Bytes for offline viewing
• Share Bytes or excerpts via your device’s standard sharing tools

2.2. Prohibited Conduct. You agree not to:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any snap images outside of the App other than via built-in “share” features.
• Use any automated means (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access or extract content from our servers.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App’s code or any third-party services we use.
• Impersonate other users or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Upload, post, or share any content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
